Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Legacy Soccer Academy Inc. ("we", "us"), which runs Tactical XI at tacticalxiapp.com. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Tactical XI is an online tactics board for designing, animating and sharing football (soccer) sessions in 2D and 3D. You need an account to use it.

2. Free trial

New accounts get 7 days of full access for free. After the trial, unless you subscribe, your account becomes view and download only: you can open, play and download your saved boards but cannot create or edit them.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions cost US$7.99 per month or US$47.88 per year, plus any applicable taxes. They renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you subscribe during your trial, your first payment is taken when the trial ends. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; changes apply from your next renewal.

4. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your Account page. Cancelling takes effect immediately and we refund the unused part of your current period, as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Your content

Boards, drawings, images and other material you create or upload remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload, including logos and photos.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer it, no sharing your account with others, no unlawful or infringing content, and no reselling the service without our written permission.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Tactical XI available and your work safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable. We may improve, change or remove features over time. We recommend downloading copies of important work.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

9. Ending your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

11. Changes to these terms

If we make material changes we will tell you by email or in the app before they take effect.
