Last updated: October 25, 2026
Tactical XI is run by Legacy Soccer Academy Inc., a Canadian company. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we handle it, in line with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Account details: your email address and a securely hashed password.
- Your boards: the tactics boards, names, images and other content you save.
- Billing details: your subscription plan and status. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: basic logs (such as IP address and browser type) kept by our hosting providers for security and reliability.
How we use it
To provide and secure your account, save your work, process payments, send essential emails (such as sign-up confirmation, password resets and receipts) and answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not use advertising trackers.
Who processes it for us
We use trusted providers to run the service: Supabase (accounts and database), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (website hosting). They may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible to authorities under local law. Each provider is bound to protect your information.
Cookies and storage
We use your browser's storage only to keep you logged in and to remember app settings. No advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and boards while your account exists. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your boards and account details within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent, by emailing info.tacticalxi@gmail.com. If you have a concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
